No. Every piece is available à la carte. Packages (Outline, Frame, Focus) simply bundle common needs.

How fast can this be ready?

Quote within 24 hours of your brief. Typical timelines: Outline 5–7 days · Frame 7–10 · Focus 10–14 (rush available).

What files do I receive?

Platform-ready exports sized for WhatsApp, email, and web, plus a plain-English usage guide. We also provide tidy, named handover folders.

Can you manage RSVPs?

Yes. Choose Frame for a branded RSVP form/microsite and live portal. Choose Focus if you’d like us to send, gently follow up with non-responders, and deliver a final RSVP list.

How do you handle plus-ones, households, and dietary info?

Our form supports plus-one linkage and household grouping so guests are matched correctly. We capture dietary preferences, allergies, access needs, and (if relevant) children’s names, ages, and authorized drop-off/pick-up contacts.

What guest sizes do you support?

We work comfortably with 30–250 guests across private events and intimate corporate gatherings.

How many revisions are included?

Outline: 1 round · Frame: 2 rounds · Focus: 3 rounds. Additional refinements are always possible if needed.

Do you do concierge, QR codes, or on-site guest management?

Those live with Maison Doclar’s full guest management. If you need them, we’ll connect you seamlessly.

How do you handle data & privacy?

We only collect what your event needs, store it securely, and delete or archive on request after the event. Data is used solely for your celebration. NDA available on request.

What happens after I submit my brief?

Within 24 hours we’ll reply with a friendly next-step note and (if helpful) a short call invite. We’ll align on your vision, confirm scope and timelines, then prepare your first design direction. You’ll receive initial proofs, give feedback, and we’ll refine through the rounds included in your chosen collection. Final files arrive in neat folders with a simple usage guide — and if you selected Focus, we’ll handle sending and follow-ups on your behalf.
